Jurupa Valley highlight
Newer city formed from unincorporated areas
Jurupa Valley was incorporated on July 1, 2011, uniting nine unincorporated communities into a single city with a population of approximately 88,000 at the time.

Jurupa Valley began as an incorporated city on July 1, 2011, after voters approved incorporation on March 8, 2011, with 54 percent in favor. The new city brought together nine previously unincorporated communities: Belltown, Crestmore Heights, Glen Avon, Indian Hills, Jurupa Hills, Mira Loma, Pedley, Rubidoux, and Sunnyslope. The merger created a municipality covering approximately 43.5 square miles in the Inland Empire region of Riverside County.
At incorporation, the city had an estimated population of roughly 88,000 residents across its nine communities, each with its own character and long-established neighborhoods. By 2020, that population had grown to 105,053, making Jurupa Valley a substantial and growing municipality within Riverside County. The city's formation represented a deliberate choice by residents to govern themselves through a unified local government.
When nine communities choose to unite as a city, it reflects the strength of the neighborhoods and the families who built them. Most families go through phases where their income matters to people who depend on them—early years in a shared home, years raising children, decades of building a business or career. A term policy sized to those years is the straightforward way to make sure they are covered.
